The other 3 roommates are clean and quiet and will be either working or attending summer school. I am looking for a female to sublease my bedroom starting May 13th through July 31st. THE SECOND HALF OF MAY + UTILITIES AND FURNITURE RATES WILL BE PAYED FOR BY ME so you would only be responsible for rent for June and July at the lowered rate of $399 a month.
