This is a smaller house so it is ideal for one person or a couple. It is located at 2512 Clark Ave and is a VERY short walk to campus. It is 2 bedroom and 1 bath, and has a fridge and 2 built in desks. It will be available in Mid-May (right when school gets out) so if you are looking for somewhere to live for summer session this place will work great!

Are you sure this is a single-family residence and not part of a complex/larger house?

I am sure. There is a large complex on the same property, but this is a smaller place that is separate from it.
