the phone is unlocked..will work with cingular or any gsm network
the firmware is updated..phone works perfectly..pretty fast..no problems with software..
has wifi inbuilt..will connect in any hot spot..esp in class ..so u dont ve to carry ur laptop all the time..
its a 3G phone also compatible for video conferencing..
the phone has few scratches on the sides but its flawless screen and back side make up for it.

im plannin to give it away for a reasonable offer..
so go ahead..
will not consider anythin less than $375!
