I have a room in a four bedroom apartment in Universtity Oaks that i am looking to sublease to someone for the summer. Its $299/ month + utilities which usually run around $50 for everything. Its about a fifteen minute walk to campus and the wolfline bus stop is about a minute or less walk. The roommates are pretty cool and laid back.
