Just FYI all

I've got a guy from CL who says he'll give me the $250 that I asked for on CL ($200=TWW price ) and pickup next week, which rawkz for me since I'd like to do laundry before we move out on the 25th. So, I agreed to hold since I don't want them to go til then anyway, but if he falls through I'll go on to here. Conversely if someone wants to beat his bid (by $25 or more) LMK.
