I have purchased a house and would like to sublease my apartment I'm in now when I move out. The lease is until July 31, however I can probably get an extra month if you need it.

Since its a 1 bedroom apt, fully furnished in RTP, etc I actually pay $645. But for sublease I'm willing to go down significantly. If interested please PM me.
