All utilities included, furnished, wireless internet, TV, cleaning lady once a month - $500

I am 25 and a young professional so I keep working hours but like to have a good time on the weekends. I am a laid back, respectful person and I am looking for the same to move into my house to help me with the bills.

The house is about 15-20 minutes from campus, depending on the time of day. It is about 25 minutes from RTP. My neighborhood is at the intersection of old apex and maynard.

No pets or drugs in the house.
