doesn't pretty much every county have its own street in downtown raleigh? I'm from BFE county and we have a street.Or I guess it might be more that every important dead person has a street named after them and that happens to correlate well with county names...[Edited on March 7, 2008 at 7:16 PM. yeah, I got curious and looked it up. There arn't nearly as many county named ones as I thought.http://www.wakegov.com/libraries/specialcollections/streetsa.htmAnd all the ones I've seen so far are named after the people like Bladen and Lenoir. Interesting though that Edenton and Fayetteville streets were named after the towns. Whoever thought naming a street after Fayetteville was a good idea must have been a patient at Dorothea Dix.[Edited on March 7, 2008 at 7:28 PM.
