WHAT: A guy walking wearing a camo short-sleeve shirt over a camo long-sleeve shirt and camo shorts--all were different types of camo. In addition, the subject was wearing an OD green Castro hat and OD green knee-socks with flip-flops.

WHO: Unknown (likely pinko or full-on red).

WHEN: About three weeks ago.

WHERE: Near Dabney and Bureau of Mines.

HOW: Exactly. How could he?

WHY: Inexplicable.

I wish I had pics of that guy--it was un-fucking-believable and hilarious. Who wears three different types of camo at once--in addition to OD green--except maybe a Bosnian sniper or something?
