People working on commission - what is the most that you've ever earned on a single deal?

I dunno about single deal but those months where I clos e3 or 4 houses and net 10-12k are always nice.

Too bad they are usually followed by.

My stuff is small-time because I'm getting started and learning about my craft, but the biggest deal I've closed this year is for over a thousand.

Any profit is going into gasoline of course.

most i did was 28k at this point, but i'm working on a home run that will crush that number.

I've been working one one deal exclusively since the start of the year
