Does anyone know where I'm supposed to return my DVR box and cable modem in Raleigh? I just recently had my service disconnected and told them I would drop the equipment off myself, but I didn't think to ask where. According to google there's a store on Atlantic Avenue, but on TWC's site it doesn't say anything about a store being there, nor does it have any information about where to return equipment.I tried calling to find this out and all I got was a busy signal. Also if you know the hours of any store you recommend, that would be appreciated as well.

ugh i tried to downgrade my service yesterday since i won't be living in my condo for a few months and it took me like over an hour on the phone to try to do it. then i was just like fuck it and went to the place dropped of my box and modem and the lady was super nice (this was in gboro though) took less than FIVE minutes.twc is death. they weren't trying to sell me on other products either they were just being really really difficult and making it impossible to cancel. she was like ok "name, address, phone number, account number, social, etc etc" WHICH they should have in the system. and she kept asking me additional things saying that she needed more to access my account. i was like, the last time i completely cancelled my twc service it wasn't this difficult. and all i was trying to do was go down to basic for a few months. i got transferred about fifty eleven times. all while listening to some recording about how customer service is their number one priority.yea fucking right.
