okay so here's what you need to do

Evaporative Cooler using a wire hanger, a casserole dish or other shallow pan, a fan and a towel

hang the towel from the hanger with the edges dipped into the pan of water so that the water wicks up the towel - blow the fan across the towel so that the water evaporates

sit next to this; it should drop the temp a few degrees (or more)

frozen 2 liters full of water is another good idea
