Same here. I didn't dare even talk BACK to my mom. I'd get the #$)(* beat outta me. If I would have slapped her? Whoo - my dad would have died either from an stroke when he got home or from exhaustion beating me.

I see plenty wrong with that kid, but I think that that at that age he is still nothing more than genetics and life experience. He may very well have a disease that causes him to lash out, but if not then this is nothing more than bad parenting. I can guarantee that my mom was not intimidated at all by me at that age and if I made the mistake of slapping her she would see to it that I never made that mistake again. I also think a lot of parents (moms especially) need to loosen up and pick their battles more effectively though. They can be like the control freak managers who try to micromanage everything.

i agree with skack here. Of course, there is plenty wrong with that lil bastard. But i believe alot of it has to do with terrible parenting. I mean, just watch the mom, and do you think you would be scared of her? There has to be some fear between child and parent for it to work. Its the same with teachers and bosses. You can't be best friends and then when shit gets serious expect for everything to go peachy
