Maybe you can take them to one of the hotel restaurants...like the Sheraton the have lots of space and i think they even have a lunch buffet. But if they are out of town folks, they probably don't want to eat there if they are staying there

Pei Wei is always packed, and I feel the name Ale House has too much of a bar feel to it, to make it acceptable with work. Manchester Grill is a good option....its close and not a huge hot spot.
