6/16/2008 1:32:22 PM
surprisingly, i suck at push-ups[Edited on June 16, 2008 at 1:36 PM. Reason : what with being 40 feet tall, a thousand pounds, and a dragging belly, you'd think i'd be awesome]
6/16/2008 1:34:38 PM
congrats
6/16/2008 1:37:47 PM
no nudes no care
6/16/2008 1:47:03 PM
what branch makes you do 20?
6/16/2008 1:54:46 PM
Navy. looks like for the Army I'd only have to do 17? not bad! ]
6/16/2008 2:02:38 PM
6/16/2008 2:04:20 PM
the navy is only making me do 14maybe it's cause im old
6/16/2008 2:08:49 PM
ha ha maybe. I'm 22
6/16/2008 2:13:54 PM
I can do a million fake pushups.
6/16/2008 2:22:13 PM
congratulate you for what?
6/16/2008 2:24:15 PM
do they make you do those military sit-ups? those are much harder, i think.
6/16/2008 2:27:15 PM
sweet, good jobnow keep going. don't stop once you achieve the bare minimum.
6/16/2008 4:34:46 PM
What are the other navy PT minimums?
6/16/2008 4:35:29 PM
yeah I'm trying for 30. When I started training, I couldn't do one! so I'm well on my way ^ 54 situps in 2 minutes, 15:00 for a 1.5 mile run ]
6/16/2008 4:36:03 PM
what are you talking about, the ability to maintain the minimum is what the navy and air force are all about
6/16/2008 4:36:24 PM
6/16/2008 4:38:27 PM
I wish they'd let me do the swim. to get the best score you have to do 500 yards in 7:15. I could do that easily right now. http://www.navy-prt.com/femalestandard/20-24.html ]
6/16/2008 4:40:59 PM
i remember back in high school i wanted to apply for a navy scholarship but they had a max height on itwtf pwn
6/16/2008 4:44:35 PM
Hey Nerdchick, is the plaque for the alternates really in the ladies room?As a navy woman I would expect you to know.
6/16/2008 4:45:29 PM
poor BigMan you could definitely do pushups, in spite of your large manly frame. just use your large manly muscles! If I can do 20 pushups, anyone can.

[Edited on June 16, 2008 at 4:47 PM. Reason : now post pictures as you get more in shape and hotter! ]
6/16/2008 4:46:46 PM
If you played basketball they would have let it slide. I know you're a door scraper, but you're no David Robinson.
6/16/2008 4:48:03 PM
6/16/2008 4:54:23 PM
yes ssssir
6/16/2008 4:54:37 PM
also my knowledge of levers tells me that women should have an advantage in pushups, on account of more weight in the leg/hip area instead of the torso like men. But all that torso weight is from big manly muscles so men win this one
6/16/2008 4:57:24 PM
interestingly, at least in the Army, the F/M situp standards are very close together.the run time and push-ups, are not.]
6/16/2008 5:00:19 PM
My fat ass can barely do 10 push-ups. And even that might be an optimistic estimate.
6/16/2008 5:02:36 PM
back in the day, I could max the two minute push-up test in 1:15.back in the day
6/16/2008 5:07:18 PM
