id say only the 2nd looks somewhat realistic. no big cats enter stores randomly or come out of subways.

I know that big cats get loose every now and again, but they're usually instantly recaptured. Chances are, if they were already accustomed to interaction with people, they won't freak out when they see strangers in a store, but I too cannot imagine a cat not getting upset after riding in a subway.
