i read the report, apparently it was an IT guy, haha downloading megashittons of shit, what a silly duck. its one thing to dl aim, but another to dl movies, porn, music, and then HOST it for upload. he probably used 1% of the total bandwidth at ncsu, and thats probably why he got caught, and it rightfully served him so.
