My summer job was fretting about a research position, then it was a part time position where I applied to and hunted for as many jobs as possible.More or less, it's been bullshit unemployment. <3 Though I have an interview this thursday with a company that might be VERY awesome to work with.

At the vet clinic I work at I hire kennel techs for summer work sometime. If you like pets you might look into something like that around the area you're in.Back when I went to state I worked in the music department as a "building attendant" during the summers (and sometimes during the year itself).

I'm an (unpaid) part-time intern in NYC. Well, paid on Saturdays, unpaid on T/F. I was looking for a summer job like you were, but I didn't have much luck, unfortunately.
