how much are they, that shit would be baller as fuck to have in the kitchen NTM we would stop going through a box of bottled water every two days.

7/7/2008 11:03:46 PM

7/7/2008 11:04:00 PM
IM GETTING SICK OF HEARING ABOUT THIS FUNKE FELLOW
7/7/2008 11:04:10 PM
my brother had one, it was pretty expensive all things considered--you'd prolly be better off with a water filter, one of the brita pitches or something of the same ilk
7/7/2008 11:05:55 PM
^^^^i nominate that for post of the day
7/7/2008 11:06:36 PM
I wish the water line on my fridge would stop freezing up. That plus a water line filter would be ftw.
7/7/2008 11:06:47 PM
My folks have one at their place at the beach because the tap water tastes weird. It's nice to have.

there are a lot of companies that deliver water to youi use lebleu cause dr. g owns like half of it so sas employees get a major discount, haha
7/7/2008 11:14:54 PM
my parents have one at home and its really nice, especially b/c it has instant hot waterculligan delivers, leblue delivers............i know lowe's sells the jugs as well
7/8/2008 12:29:56 AM
i got a pur water filter but its like one of those big things with a tap so you dont have to pull out a pitcher or whatever you can just pull the tap. the pur was actually cheaper than the brita at target so i got taht... ran me about 30 bucks and works awesomeanother way to save money is just save your water bottles and refill them with water from the filter
7/8/2008 12:40:11 AM
i got pur and its the shit. i fill up my office cooler jug with it all the time. i by the 3 pack of filters for 40 bucks and that filters about 300 gallons of water, so water at a buck a gallon i feel like i am stealing water.
7/8/2008 12:42:05 AM
how the hell do you figure that for a buck a gallon
7/8/2008 12:44:30 AM
food lion water cost a buck a gallon. thats about the best price you can pay for a gallon of jugged water unless you have a filter system. if you are buying bottled water it cost way more.[Edited on July 8, 2008 at 12:45 AM. Reason : sadf]
7/8/2008 12:45:35 AM
that and you can buy a pur or britta and just use tap water
7/8/2008 12:47:02 AM
haha that what i do man. did you read my post a few posts up mane? costs me 40 bucks for about 300 gallons of filter waters.
7/8/2008 12:47:59 AM
I am not above drinking tap water, it is just that I don't have an ice maker and I like it cold.
7/8/2008 1:26:26 AM
i've always wanted to toss one of the jugs and watch it leak water everywhere.
7/8/2008 1:28:35 AM
home depot sells water coolers like that
7/8/2008 1:28:54 AM
like this?i never understood why these things had a red and a blue tap. the water never tastes different (temp wise) from either. or maybe the one i use is just broken? or maybe it isn't for temperature and i'm stupid
7/8/2008 1:37:49 AM
yes, yours is broken or not plugged in.red and blue are pretty universal indicators of temp.
7/8/2008 2:01:11 AM
^^you have to pull the red tap out or in or something different to get the hot water to work...then you have water the temperature of the fucking sun instantly....
7/8/2008 4:47:41 AM
true
7/8/2008 4:55:08 AM
i think ours at work has a blue tap and a white tap... there's not really any difference in temp between those two... we can get hot water out of the coffee brewer though
7/8/2008 5:55:20 AM
^same where I work
7/8/2008 5:58:40 AM
brita faucets aren't as baller as fuck though
7/8/2008 6:45:54 AM
mine has the blue and white taps at workblue = chilledwhite = room temp
7/8/2008 7:39:20 AM
7/8/2008 7:40:38 AM
My parents used to have one they got from a water delivery company. They originally got it for hurricanes but we haven't had one of those in a long time I think they used this company: http://shop.diamondsprings.com/product_list.asp?o=6&h=1

I have one of these nifty water cooler things at home!Got the cooler/base at Sam's Club and I just get the jugs of water at Lowes or the grocery store. They are like $14 to buy the first one, but then only $5 each time you turn your jug in. It has helped me drink more water! I hate water, but seeing it there and having it deliciously cold makes me wanna drink it.
