i couldnt get the instinct because of the plan i was on. so i got the next thing in line. apparently the HTC touch pro and diamond is coming out in august. i should have waited.

there was an in store $200 credit, and there's a $150 mail in rebate I think...

did you sign a contract extension? if not, you can just get your money back (i think you can still get it back even if you did sign, but not sure if its going to be a hassle) and there is a girl in classifieds selling a mogul (if you end up with that).. but def. goto the store and play around with both of them..

email was one of my biggest issues... ive heard the blackberry is top notch at email capabilities, the mogul isnt bad.. but i wanted gps and wifi (the blackberry also comes with gps). the mogul was more my style.

you have to pay $extra for BB's awesome email capabilities. Depending on your plan I guess. This was a deal breaker for me.
