I'm rather excited about my new job's prospects and about the things I'm going to learn.

I'm also excited that I might be able to start some important work on my dad's rental house (it's not yet ready to rent as it was TRULY a fucked up house, and I need to put more time into it). It's nice to watch your work turn into something.

I'm also rather happy about the exercise I just did, as I surprised myself by not tiring out as easily as I thought I would.

I'm extremely happy that my grumpy ass neighbors are moving out so I don't have to wake up to people walking down the stairs shouting every morning.
