i dont click links in emails that are 'automated' or whatever. i just go to the web address on my owngood habit to get into. if its that important, when you login you should be redirected to whatever needs to be updated

I got this same e-mail a while back. The dead giveaway was that I have never been a BOA customer.

I never EVER EVER EVER give out any personal info on the internet. Even if something sounds legit, I respond to the e-mail with "I do not give out personal information online. Please contact me via the phone number you have on file."
