Doesn't work!!!

I click on the "on demand" channel and it says that data is unavailable. So I can't rent any movies!!! It's been like this ever since they changed to a new menu system.

Does anyone know why? Please tell me you've had similar experiences

Depending on the box:

HDDVR: unplug from back 15 sec and plug back in - wait for scientific atlantica or whatever to reboot about 5 min

standard - hold down power switch until it clicks and reads -bOOt-

the obvious solution is multiple red boxes at in one locale
