Where do I buy these? Or, what are the strongest multi purpose cleaning chemicals at a grocery store? For cleaning counter tops, showers, sinks, ovens, linoleum flooring, etc.
7/20/2008 11:40:35 AM
imo the dollar store is the best place for cleaning shit
7/20/2008 11:41:09 AM
bleach, clorox?
7/20/2008 11:41:10 AM
just get a multi-purpose sprayWhy are you wanting 'strong'? Unless you killed someone gruesomely or a pet had diarrhea all over your house, you just need regular household cleaning supplies.
7/20/2008 11:42:19 AM
use this full strength:
7/20/2008 11:43:46 AM
Go to home depot
7/20/2008 11:44:00 AM
Go get some Mean Green at Dollar General. Awesome is good stuff too, they sell it there. If you can find Purple Power it's strong enough to gag you, even if you're outside spraying it.
7/20/2008 11:44:19 AM
greased lighning pwns purple power. it's really the best degreaser i've ever used.[Edited on July 20, 2008 at 11:45 AM. Reason : and mean green sucks][Edited on July 20, 2008 at 11:45 AM. Reason : greased lighning will take the paint off some shit]
7/20/2008 11:44:56 AM

7/20/2008 11:46:19 AM

7/20/2008 11:50:12 AM
Lowes is probably your best bet. Just buy some shit that is supposed to be heavily diluted or something and use it by itself? lol
7/20/2008 11:50:47 AM
the commerical 409 is potent as hell as well. lowes has it ^
7/20/2008 11:52:35 AM
go to anderson janitorial, CJMS, or Northern and get contractor shit
7/20/2008 11:52:50 AM

7/20/2008 11:54:17 AM

7/20/2008 11:55:59 AM

7/20/2008 11:56:30 AM
sweet thanks for all the suggestions. i'll go look for these products. the real deal is I live in U village and Priess company charges you out the ass if everything is not clean when you move out. so I am just taking precautionary measures.

7/20/2008 3:12:56 PM
7/20/2008 3:25:44 PM
home depot or lowes.also the commercial cleaning supplies places.that's where i get my stuff from.
7/20/2008 4:07:45 PM
i use a mix of greased lightning and orange cleaner. for really bad jobs ill mix in a small amount of concentrated sulfuric acid. you have to use up the sulfuric immediately because it will destroy your spray bottle mechanisms...also please to have plenty of ventilation and respiratory and skin protection
7/20/2008 5:48:18 PM
If you end up killing someone in the next couple days, you are going to regret making this thread.
7/21/2008 11:41:30 AM
the only cleaning chemicals you need are:hydrogen peroxidebaking sodawhite vinegarlemon juicewith those 4 ingredients, you can make just about anything...you can throw in isopropyl alcohol for a few things, too, but it's not usually necessary
7/21/2008 11:45:19 AM
I don't even want to know what you guys are up to that you need concentrated acid to clean.
7/21/2008 11:46:23 AM
2nd to greased lightning[Edited on July 21, 2008 at 11:52 AM. Reason : ws]
7/21/2008 11:51:21 AM
just a reminder don't mix bleach products and ammonia products
7/21/2008 12:03:08 PM
Before my uncle retired from Unifi, years ago, they had a few 55 gallon drums of a cleaner similar to Purple Power. Over time it ended up eating through the containers and leaking out all over the floor of the plant, requiring hazmat to come help clean it up.
