Thanks for your opinion. Now think about the time that you used to write that and ask yourself if you actually know one fucking thing about me in real life. you know, we would probably be friends if we met for real, but you are such a cocksucker on here I'd rather just split your goddamn receding hairline. BTW, I can't believe you don't like the butthole surfers.

they were relevant when i listened to them...in the 90's. Nothing wrong with what they do now I'm sure, but I haven't been exposed to anything since they fell off the grid the first time. in the 90's. To be perfectly honest with you, why do you like the butthole surfers as a band? they haven't done any fresh material in a LOOOOONG time, instead choosing to rehash their earlier works over and over and over. I am all for listening to a good band that puts out good music every couple of years, i just need to hear something new from them. good case in point is metallica: they wouldn't have been anywhere near as awesome if they had listened to their fans and kept recording ride the lightening over and over, or kept playing thrash instead of moving into the rock category as they did...the old albums just wouldn't mean as much if they leaned on their early success to carry them through such as in the case of the butthole surfers.[Edited on July 23, 2008 at 2:55 PM. Well, it's sad that they haven't made anything in a while but that hardly makes what they did produce irrelevant or not worth listening to. I happen to have come across the album and listened to it again. Do you only listen to new music or something?I think that any artist that has made one listenable-to album is a success. you know how hard it is to overcome band issue, money issues, style issues etc. to make a good album. If it stands the test of time, great. Independent worm saloon didn't change the world, but it was worth hearing then, and I thought MAYBE someone would agree.
