I miss Sassy.
She was such a great dog.
She lived to be 15 yrs old and was an outside dog...I watched her get run over by a bus when she was just a little puppy and she lived!
I think my mom misses her the most

I love my dog so much. I had to leave him with my parents for a few months while I was moving back to NC from Philly (no room in the car for him and all the furniture) and it was hard.

dude check out some pet stores around here... theres one off kildaire near trader joes that has some real young pups

also check out craigs list and whatnot.. maybe you can find the dog you want and save em from bein to put to sleep or somethin

The last place you want to get a dog is from a pet store. I don't want to support puppy mills who don't give a shit about an animals genes. That's why I asked about a breeder.

My parents got our Golden Retriever from a small breeder in North Raleigh. She is CRAZY about giving her puppies out though. We almost "didn't make the cut" because our fence wasn't chain link and had small holes (even though a puppy could NEVER fit through it).

She won't sell to college kids or renters... or folks in condos... or younger people in general. But she is really good and does all sorts of tests (I don't know the specifics) before selling for the typical Golden ailments. Ours is 7 years old now and she has had no problems.

Miss my doggie. Even have a tatt of her on my side. Looks like I'm gonna have to end up with a cat for a while but I'll teach it to walk on a leash, ride in the car, like baths, and go hiking so I guess it won't be too bad. Only problem is I'm probably gonna have to find a younger cat to make the training easier.

Mine had emergency surgery over an intestinal blockage Friday evening.

Looks like he's doing great so far. This recovery is a lot easier than the one he had to deal with last spring when he had bloat.

Yes, thats my sister's room at my parents house. I don't have a bedroom at that house, but she has her own place in Charlotte now so I sleep in that room when I visit.
