in this town its either innkeeper or gas station owner.


i've been going to one gas station in since it opened up in 2002 and they still give me the stink eye everytime i walk into the beer cave.

hahaha the indian folks in general have the hotel shit locked down, even in the middle of nowhere

i was in VAN HORN, TEXAS one night at like 3am, after driving forever... finally saw an exit with hotels, so i hit it. got on i-10 business and ended up at this... motel

a 9 year old girl greeted me at the counter. she then went in the back and woke her dad up.

i jewed them down to 20 bucks cash for a room for the night. then i asked where the next real town was east of there, so i could get some food and stuff in the morning. he said "PECOS IS IN 19 MILES FROM HERE"

i got up the next day and drove and drove, waiting for the pecos exit. then i saw a sign, like PECOS, 60 miles. turns out the fucker said 90 miles

but this thread is about actual people with the name PATEL and how they cannot break the stereotype
