I think everyone figured he was guilty at the onset. I mean who does not assist in their Wifes murder investigation?

I thought maybe he lawyered up after they started questioning him, but it looks like he had not even gotten back to Raleigh after her death before he told the cops he was not going to help them. He then proceeded to hang up on the investigators before he was even considered a suspect.

I am just mad this guy got an extra two years of freedom. It is not really the cops fault because they have had to build a case pretty much just on circumstantial evidence, good thing plenty of circumstantial evidence is piling up.

They must just be looking for the smoking gun and then they will charge him. They probably would rather take their time than to run the risk of not convicting him.
