this is where you put techno/technolike music so that when BigEgo and other tdubbers want to listen to it they have something good and possibly new to choose from.

start with this since it's what i'm currently listening to

bitches love this song (even though it's pretty much the same song but in english with different lyrics):

i hear this all the time.

i have some tracks which i have been listening to for 7+ years, and i still discover new levels/beats/notes in those tracks now. imagine that, you have been listening to something for that long very regularly, and didn't hear a certain beat, because there are so many levels of beats.

you gotta use your brain when you listen to techno.

to me, it is not very different from classical music, in terms of complexity and [mathematical] structure.

i am making a list of some of my favourites right now.

but in the meantime, do you know about http://www.difm.com ? or is it http://www.di.fm ?

simply amazing. listen to their trance channel, vocal trance channel, and eurodance & hiNRG channel.

heck, you can get them in itunes in radio stations under electronic. and of course, you can listen to the tons of other radio station in itunes under electronic. if you like a song which is playing, note down its name and artist, and you can get a decent list in just a few days.

di.fm is great for variety.

aboveandbeyond.nu is pretty much all I listen to because each of their shows are 2 hours and you can download the last whole bunch of them via iTunes. To access the Trance Around the World program just go to the site and it is under the Radio tab.

If you are listening to the Trance Around the World show and you hit "play" on their site and it brought up a separate window then that is their show from last Friday and you can download it via iTunes.
My personal favorite is #253. I could listen to that one for days.

I really thought this thread was going to get flamed all to hell because (though I DO like it) this is kind of like "beginner's techno"

my favorite genre is vocal breakbeat trance

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HbWSL4nwTm4

names in it that I know are DJs Greddy, Tinman, HhH, babyboi. This is a very AZN genre and I'm pretty sure all those DJs I just mentioned are vietnamese

We should make him start from a while ago with stuff like DJ Mystic(k?) and then work up through Tiesto just to see how trance/techno has really evolved. And ncsu_ot_usmc's recommendations are sooooooo cliche. I am not saying they are bad, just worn out and rather ubiquitous. I will give him props for posting Techno Viking. That guy is awesome.
