I live nearby and it looks like many of the residents have moved out over the last couple weeks. I'm not sure how likely it is that they would be renting them out anytime soon.

Obviously, it wouldn't hurt to contact them to find out for sure, but I personally do not know the number, sorry.

Perhaps you should ask about their proviso.

No there is a news & observer article that says the construction workers will be done by saturday so no one has moved out.

i like the apartments and with all the problems now would be a good time to get a deal, but still havent found their contact number

Um, no, lots of people have moved out. Not all, but a good portion of the residents are gone.

And I'm pretty sure the problems won't get you a good deal, since the place is condemned and all. The problems have to be dealt with before you could move in, so I doubt you'll capitalize on this.

And it will either pass inspection, which means the problems are fixed, or it will fail and continue to be condemned.

Neither of those are going to get you a better deal.

What the fuck is that?

There should not be a bed, recliner, and microwave in the same room. Well, not unless you're baller as fuck. That place certainly is not.

Westgrove is a shithole and there is no reason to live there for the prices they charge. Also LOL at Ronny's comment.
