I hate microwaved fried chicken. Ass notes. Oven is the way to go, but it's not so much better than eating it cold.

if you reheat the chicken in the microwave it dries out and gets pretty gross, but if you heat it in the oven it's fine. If it's grilled chicken just smear a little bbq sauce on it to keep it from drying out and put it in the oven for a few mintues.

I wonder if the Chinese buffets take the last chicken tray of the night, then reheat and serve it the next day. They probably wouldn't put it out first, just mix it in sometime throughout the day.
