I wanted to physically harm one of my best friends for about 3 hours this weekend because he vehemently insisted that E. Honda could take Killer Croc

Took like 8 Blue Moon's to get over it

i am intensely jealous of this...

- my company had our yearly internal conference dinner at the chemical heritage museum in philly... and i could name all the equipment on the tours without the tags. i enjoyed the tours more than the open bar... like a kid in a candy store...

Probably my love of comic books, video games, and Star Wars.

^ I was hanging out with Locutus Zero and some of his friends one time freshman year, before I knew about TWW, and they were having this discussion.

Ah, that makes sense.

I've relentlessly pursued nanotechnology, making it the basis of 4 out of 5 of my work experiences in college thus far. I think I've been published or am well on my way with the work that I did during one of those terms.

I have a folder called 'Nano Body Armor' that has 17 published research papers that I've read, and since the end of last semester have tried to get the liquid body armor as the basis of my senior design project. Dream job would be working with military technology at the commercial level.

I've taken 3 undergrad/grad level nanotech electives where my degree requires 2 (one was out of my major) and I may take more next semester. I saved all of the pdf notes from these courses for future reference.

I have a home theatre PC.

I have a wireless ODB-II monitor in my car that streams data to my iPhone.

I have 2 computers, a laptop, 3 monitors, a wall of hot wheels, and a lego desk..... in my work office. Most notable is the space skull that looks out in the hallway:

I liked Final Fantasy games before they were popular (in other words, before VII).

I, too, have a home theatre PC.

The hardcore software developers at my work come into my office to pick my brain when they cannot figure a problem out.

I'm an Engineer.

Star Wars, LOTR, Star Trek, and Ninja Warrior are all badass.

I sometimes fix things that aren't even broken.

^^You got farther than me. I got to the part where you had to beat 4 wizards or something to move forward and loss interest. I jumped on the bandwagon with FF II/IV.

I hate people who swear FFVII is the best game ever and I hate people who say the series started going downhill at VII. It's two equal, yet contradictory forces.

FYI, loving fantasy games and novels and shit makes you a nerd, not a geek.

According to http://militantgeek.com/2006/12/21/geek-vs-nerd-vs-dork/ anyway.

I don't know how you guys have time to play so many games

I've read all of the Dune books (FH and BH/KJA included) save for Paul of Dune and Winds of Dune (because I'm re-reading the series in order)
