i guess my point is...it's not like he went out and got completely wasted and stole a car and then ran over a congo line of little old grandmas carrying baskets full of kittens...

it was failure to appear...which it usually is...

he messed up (again) and did what he had to do


i don't see any of his close friends protecting him here...

just a couple of people he knows that saw his picture in The Slammer or someone he was probably talking to online when the sheriff came to pick him up
