was it 94 on sega that jeremy roenick was a unstoppable beast? it may have been 92, or 93. but you could score every time you got the puck with that dude.

That whole Blackhawks team was awesome; Roenick, Goulet, Larmer, Belfour, etc.

Nothing beat that first time you played Blades of Steel and realized if you kept slamming into someone you would switch into fight mode. They even had the skate-around before they faced off, haha.

Roenick on NHL 94 = Tecmo Bowl Bo Jackson. Both have said fans tell them all the time about how unstoppable they were on those games.

In NHL '94 I used to kick my brother's ass with the following:

Calgary (Theo Fleury knocks down every and any player on contact)
Los Angeles (Tomas fucking Sandstrom = greatest shot in the game. every time top shelf with Gretz assisting)
Quebec (Sundin, Sakic, Nolan and Val Kamensky = solid players for a great line)

Usual suspects on '94

Fedorov was my go-to on '95, though don't discount Lemieux/Jagr/Stevens

'96 is a bad game

also

Breakfasts come and go, Renee, but Hartford--the Whale--they only beat Vancouver once, maybe twice in a lifetime.

Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned for Sega.

Or NHL '94 scorned for Sega Sports NHL All-Star Hockey.
