I have this family doctor who is generally excellent, but every time I go in (or my dad, from what he tells me), at some random point he looks up and says,

"And you know, if you get pancreatic cancer, you're going to die of it."
"What? Is something wrong with my pancreas?"
"No."
"Am I particularly susceptible or something?"
"No. I'm just saying, if you get it, you're going to die."

It's true and all, but it's weird that he feels the need to point this out every single time.
