If someone is hurt and I'm fine and it's very much their fault completely for an accident, fuck yes, I'll lay down the snark. After I've called 911. How toned down the snark is depends on how badly their hurt, but I am not going to bite my tongue solely because they were injured in an accident they caused. If they don't want to get chewed out, then maybe they ought not to go around causing wrecks.

I've been rear-ended and front-ended a lot, never any damage to my Cherokee, but eventually my driver's seat mount broke. Every time I've been hit, I've been parked or stopped for a while, but never in traffic or on a public street. When you keep a ball in the receiver and just call it a bumper catcher, then you know you've been hit too much. Luckily, I've not been hit in about two years. Also <3 front receivers.

Being a dickhead and cussing someone out usually just makes things worse. It makes the other person feel a lot worse than they already do and usually doesn't help them with cooperating too much. The only reason to even get somewhat confrontational is if they're being difficult and denying fault.
