Do I have to find the original video to make my own version?

Or will the video program I use automatically be able to edit the existing text?

I have a version of the original that I basically captured in a not so elegant way but I think works...also, no vid program will do that for you. You need a program....I can recommend what I have though not sure if it's just for mac.

I used Youtube Downloader to rip the original video off of Youtube, converted it from .flv from .wmv using that same program, and then used Windows Movie Maker to put in the subtitles. It took some time, but it came out pretty well.

Might be a better / faster way to do it, but it worked.

Downfall is one of the best non-Holocaust-themed Nazi films, but I can't stand its production company. It seems as sometimes it's the only one that makes movies in Germany...
