my wii fit game said "ooohhh" when I stepped on it

it made me feel bad

then I started to get pissed off because I actually PAID $$$ for a game to call me fat

my wii said I was overweight and then I lost weight. Now he thinks I'm perfect and we're in love. And when I step on him he says "great"

How good are wii fits for workout purposes? I've been thinking about getting one since it's hard for me to get to a gym on a regular schedule.
