I always eat lots of salad and breadsticks and box up most of my entree to eat later on at home for dinner or the next day at lunch.

If I were to order never ending I would basically be full before I got the first bowl and they wouldn't even let me take it home.

i've found if you get dressing on the side, and you "dip" your forkful of salad into the dressing on the side, you eat significantly less dressing than if you just poured it all over. it's a really great calorie saver.
