This thread may have to be bumped each year that one of the thousands of wolfwebbers experiences a good customer service event.Today I called Volkswagen credit to find out where my title is. I paid it off back in June and never got a title in the mail. I called 'em today, punched in the account number when the robot voice told me to, and immediately got a live person. She informed me that the title was sent out, they got it back from USPS due to incorrect address, I gave them our new address, and she said it would be in the mail within 24 hours. Total time: 2 minute 47 seconds.I put calling them off for months because I HATE HATE HATE HATE dealing with customer service and always get redirected several times before finding someone who has any ability to help. I realize this is ironic considering that I work in customer support for a living.

Not anything recent, but it was when Chic-Fil-A started their "my pleasure" campaign. The first time it happened I just thought this cute lil high school chick was just being super nice that it totally made my day.

USAA - any and every call ever made. They are under no pressure to take a certain number of calls/day or establish a time limit. On multiple occasions, we've spent well over 30 minutes getting answers to specific questions on investments, insurance, etc. There is never a significant wait to get a real person, and all of them are almost anxious to spend more time on the call, making sure you have what you need.^^lol, so it's not just me, either.[Edited on September 21, 2009 at 2:10 PM. I un-donated a 21" monitor from Goodwill, without issue, since the person who wanted it in the first place finally got in touch with me. Of course for having done such a thing, I'll surely burn in hell.

Every visit I've had to Meineke... they do what I want & don't try to upsell miscellaneous repairs which the neighboring Precision Tune does.]

this is Charlotte-specific, but...Had the best waiter at RuSan's last night. Dude was spot on with everything he recommended, cordial, and saved my life by recommending I use a straw and not drink straight from the can of diet coke in case it got dirty in their store-room.

^^Right, and as I said before, You need to stop trying to fuck your keyboard, and also refrain from sticking the cord in your rectum. This will void your warranty.I hope that it's easier to understand typed out than it was over the phone. Let me know if you need that translated into ebonics. ]]

At Harris Teeter last evening there was a glut of baggers so I didn't get to bag my own groceries like I normally do. Whenever this happens I usually end up with raw meat in the same bag as deli meat and produce, canned veggies crushing a loaf of bread, or any other number of stupid combos. This dude was fantastic. He was incredibly efficient with his bag use and paired all of the groceries properly. A+ experience. Would let bag my groceries again.

Another for anything USAA ever. I was having issues with the home deposit and just called them- they were amazing. I wish they did student loans.
