tastes like BBQ potato chips

i'll stick to bojangles for the spicy chicken biscuit

I still like mcdonald's regular southern chicken biscuit though - it does a great job of competing with Chickfila

No way

It's not as tender & juicy, it's smaller, and it's more expensive.

agreed the mcD's isn't quite as good as the chickfila, but didn't think it was more expensive...but maybe i just can't remember how much the ones at chickfila cost since alamance county is too sorry to have more than one chickfila (not counting the tiny one in the mall foodcourt), therefore i never get to eat chickfila because the line is always as long as the mississippi river.

rumor has it another chickfila is opening in burlington -- 1.5 miles from the existing chickfila and even further from home/work. it would make too much sense to open one on this side of the county

its weird, because you'd think expanding their footprint in Alamance County would be at the top of their priority list

WRONG IDIOT

he pointed out that the PASTA at a PASTA PLACE is better than the PASTA at a SEAFOOD PLACE

do i need to spell it out more? or are you starting to see it?

both are owned by Darden and are essentially the same place with a different theme. So saying one does something better than the other is retarded. If Red Lobster served pasta it would be the exact same as Olive Garden because it would be the same shitty ingredients being cooked by the same low level cooks.

ya dig

The burlington chick-fil-la is always a cluster fuck, so I think it makes sense for them to open up a new one 2 miles away. That chick-fil-a has tried everything to make the drive-thru go faster, including having people walk through the parking lot and take orders/radio them in and yet during the peak hours (12-3)/(5-7) you could probably flip a coin as to whether the line to park/drive thru is backed up out into the street and can count on it on the get something free days (despite a manager standing out there directing traffic whether its free sammich day or not). There is obviously enough demand to support another one a couple miles from it and I would probably eat chick-fil-a more often if the lines were half as long.

This is McDonald's we're talking about here. I'd expect a half eaten hamburger out of a dumpster to taste better than anything from McDonald's. You only go to McDonald's to take advantage of the calorie to $ ratio, not the taste.

In a semi-related note. McDonald's angus burgers. Hahaha.
