First thread was a pretty good success. i'm getting back on the super diet we were posting about back in 07. oepii2(sp?) was pretty helpful among other ppl...this is what the final diet was then.

kiwi-50
pear-100
banana-100
carrot/broccoli/ranch-120
2eggs-140
slice o cheese-70
piece of bread-40
cup of v8-50
sandwhich-200
yogurt-110
cottage cheese-120
piece of chicken-150
brown rice-170
almonds-150
protein shake- 120

anyone see some holes? i got protein and fiber covered. i gotta divide it up between meals again. cottage cheese is the last thing though, cause it digests slowly while you sleep.

eat a full bag of steam fresh veggies with a little smart balance and some low fat Parmesan cheese...it fills you up

i couldnt eat veggies as an entire meal. they are either a snack or side dish...1 cup of v8 is 2 servings, plus if i eat 2 servings of carrots/brocoli mixture, thats 4 which is enough

if youre gonna count v8 as servings you might as well not even do it, cause thats cheating

says on the label that one 8oz glass is 2 servings of veggies

4 servings is not enough...

you should aim for 6-8

ok well 1.5 cups of v8 plus 3 servings of brocoli...i need suggestings for other foods

fiber one bars are sooo good for a sweet snack

140 calories
9 grams of fiber !!!

lol super diet currently has between 35-50g of fiber per day! i dont wanna get constipated!

OJ- gonna try to limit it to 150 calories/day
grape juice- 100 calories a day(mix with creatine)

i guess i could sub some oatmeal for the apple?
