I can't afford international travel now, and I most likely won't be able to then either. I wish I had been old enough to go to Atlanta on my own back in 96, and by the next time its hosted in USA or Canada, I'll be too tied down to my job to take that much time off.

Didn't the USA just have the Olympics in Salt Lake City and Atlanta. Maybe it is time to give some other country a shot.
