Wake & Durham & I think some other areas in the state. Orange County is Nov 3rd (with early voting starting Oct 15th).

Quote :
"WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MOVED AND DID NOT UPDATE MY ADDRESS?
If you are a registered voter who moved within Wake County 30 or more days prior to an election and failed to notify the Board of Elections, it is a violation of the law to return to your old precinct and vote.

For voters who have moved, the easiest option is to vote at an early voting site where you can update your address and vote at the same time. If you prefer to vote on Election Day, call the Board of Elections to find out where your new polling place is. You will be able to vote at your new polling place, but you will first need to fill out a form to update your address."

Probably, just google whatever county board of elections & look around for polling site info, or a phone number to call, or an faq

Another tool people may find useful from the state board of elections if your info is current:
