i used to rig up army dudes with grocery bags


didn't work great, but when it did it was awesome...we would just throw them up in a field real high and hope they would satisfy

Army men are too light for grocery bags in my experience.

Grocery bags work well with GI Joes though.

I think the east side dorms have 3rd or 4th floor fire escapes on the side of the building. DH Hill's windows can be opened with a hex key set (never checked for size).

One of those super water balloon slingshots firing the parachute end up first might work too!
