If you accidentally drank 4 regular beers instead of those 4 light beers, you would still be over the limit (.082). Interesting.

And even if all of that IS true, the link you yourself posted says that with those numbers you are at .058 and "Possibly Impaired, Do Not Drive "

I don't know you, obviously there's no test you can take now, I can't do anything other than give you the benefit of the doubt, and obviously nothing can come from your discretion now. At least, nothing but liver problems and heart problems, not this time. So, let me just say this - you don't want to be in the situation that woman who killed my cousin is in, and you don't want to be dead either, I assume. You could have killed yourself, your friend in the car, or any number of other people you've never met.

More like I'd rather not have stupid people driving on the road when they shouldn't be. Being drunk/buzzed/whatever is only one example of stupidity behind the wheel, but it is one. The fact that he switched with his buddy proves he knew he shouldn't have done yet, yet he did.

Hah, i just used the calculator he posted and it says that i can drink 15 light beers in 3 hours and be cool to drive.

And apparently the day I drank 38 busch lights, i was only at .12 (I did not drive that night, to be clear).
