The proper term here is "regimental"...if you really want to be proper.

All depends on where I am wearing it. If I am working around ladders, running shorts are a plus, same if I am int he 'public' friendly areas at a convention. At a party, or an 'event', or when just out for a walk? Guess folks would have to look to find out. I will admit, a UtiliKilt does make hiding a gun easy.

^^ the fact that I haven't really played in about 7 years should prevent that from being relevant in the first place

It's bagpipes...like anyone can tell.

Never mind anyone in my tone-deaf family. There's a reason I adore them

Actually, the first wedding I did was for a piper. It worked out in the end though, since I had a malfunctioning base drone and he was able to finger pop it in for me.

My coworker went to Scotland back in July and told me free-balling is the only way to go when wearing a kilt.

He wore his kilt to the Halloween gathering - sans underoos - and then he got drunk and forgot to keep his legs closed when he was sitting.
