this is actually a brilliant idea to find a good php developer... cause you know this is gonna get linked all over the internet.

i happen to have over a decade of php experience, however, so i am way too leet for this shit!

this sounds awesome for a young career, its not like you have to tell everyone you worked for a porno company. all the experience with databases and shell scripting will come in handy. the only shitty thing is gonna be is the satellite coding and having some dumbass taskmaster who cant handle a project.

work from home is cool, but when you have 8 other developers working on the same code, that is gonna suck ass.

that's the clencher...i, personally, don't mind working with others, but only if they're somewhere i can sit down with them on a regular basis and evaluate what we're all doing...a GOOD project manager (a competent coder with management experience, which is hard to find) could make it happen with the right team, but it's tricky, i think (and not something i would ever want to do again unless i knew it was going to work out)

as for working for a porno company, i wouldn't sweat it...as mentioned, you don't have to tell anyone, though if they want to see samples of your work, you might have an interesting time (imagine if one of your future employers was a woman and you broke out the girl-on-horse action pics?)

in any case, aren't we all pretty desensitized to porn these days? not to say i don't appreciate it...but i ALREADY see naked women on teh intarweb every day, what difference would it make?
