^ not as hard as you may think to make, just take a while to fold the wrappers. but here is what I used:GingerSpring onionsShiitake MushroomsGround TurkeyShrimpSoy SauceSalt & PepperHoisin SauceDumpling WrappersJust mince and mix everything but the wrappers of course and then put the mixture into wrappers and I steam but you can fry them as well.

Yeah that shit's good.It's making my mouth water Sriracha's good stuff and I put it on everything. My dad makes this kick ass sriracha. I got a jar of it last time I went home. It's better than anything store bought I've ever tasted.

^according to mama, NO they are not. but she has yankee roots so i dunno if you wanna trust her dumplings (in that context) are little balls of pasta, almost like gnocchi. ya know, dumplings. pastry (in that context) is like long thin noodle-like pieces of pastry, sorta half the length of lasagna noodles.personally, i always preferred the dumplings.i miss my mama's home cookin' ]
