Whenever I cook chicken I always rub it with salt, pepper, garlic, and MOST IMPORTANTLY paprika.but if you are looking for a wet marinade, you can't go wrong with Italian dressingSweet Baby Ray's is the bomb for brushing on while grilling, but is way too sweet to marinade with.[Edited on October 22, 2009 at 8:08 PM. italian dressing is good but i have moved on to:as the base of the wet marinade. then i will just add what i feel like adding. i don't think i ever add the same stuff!but lea and perrins is the BOMB.
10/22/2009 8:37:18 PM
It is the bomb

only amateurs buy "marinades" in a bottlemake your own. not only is it cheaper, but tastes way betterand Italian dressing is my go-to marinade for chicken breasts, especially if you plan to grill them.
10/22/2009 8:39:35 PM
if you tried lea and perrins you would feel otherwiseyou don't just put that on there, obvi

mmm bourbon chickeni also like orange juice chickenand lemonmy fav fav is this orange chicken i make. tres delish. you use frozen orange juice, crushed red pepper, garlic, and some other things.
10/22/2009 8:44:51 PM
^^ replace the brown sugar with paprika and pepper and that would be really good^ you just have to be careful using OJ and lemon. The acidity cooks the chicken, so you can't let it marinade for very long[Edited on October 22, 2009 at 8:51 PM. Reason : a]

ewww i know!its like a chinese chicken. tres yum though.actually i guess it technically isn't a marinade. it is more like a sauce. cause it doesn't really sit cept while you're makin it.
10/22/2009 8:52:06 PM
You should make an orange glaze. instead of marinating it in orange. it's really easy and I will tell you how if you PM me nudesjk, you don't have to PM nudes, but I would prefer it
10/22/2009 8:56:29 PM
well it isn't really a marinade i guess more like a sauceorange juice, orange zest, honey, crushed red pepperi don't know some other stuffsbut yea, i forgot, you don't let it set. oops i mean sit.
10/22/2009 8:57:16 PM
I like to marinade chicken in worcestershire sauce. You can't leave it in there very long at all though
10/22/2009 8:59:23 PM
I make a roast duck with an orange glaze that is off the fucking hook. has gotten me laid many a time.still waiting on those nudes
